Apartment Policy

To ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, we also have a few house rules.

During Your Stay

  • Enjoy the accommodations while maintaining care for inventory
  • Report any damages or missing/broken items promptly to our team
  • Secure apartment doors with double locks at night and when departing
  • Maintain consideration for other guests and neighbors; quiet hours after 10:00 PM
  • Contact Stayci for garbage disposal; keep streets clear
  • Extinguish lights and reduce heating when leaving
  • Prohibition on smoking, drugs, and alcohol abuse on premises
  • Commercial use of apartments is forbidden

Check-Out Procedures

  • Departure must occur before 11:00 AM
  • Dispose of all garbage in sealed bags within the kitchen
  • Load dishes into dishwasher and run a complete cycle
  • Leave keys on the dining table; no office checkout required

COVID-19 Guidelines

  • Maintain 1.5-meter distance from other guests and staff members
  • Non-household members must keep 1.5-meter separation indoors
  • Follow National Institute for Public Health and Environment (RIVM) guidelines
  • Exercise personal responsibility and common sense

Important Notes

  • Lost keys require replacement of all building locks at guest's expense
  • Stayci staff retain access rights to apartments for safety purposes
  • Agreement to policy is mandatory; violations may result in booking cancellation or deposit forfeiture
